Cara Baker
Cara believes in relaxation in a world that values overworking. She strives to provide a safe and calm space for people to feel pampered and rejuvenated. Using a blend of Swedish massage with deep tissue and trigger point therapy, a massage with Cara can relax the nervous system, address any chronic muscle tension, and provide deep relaxation.
After spending 5 years as a Veterinary assistant she was drawn to a change in careers. Knowing what chronic stress can do to the body, and learning the value of relaxation and massage therapy, she made the decision to attend Pacific Northwest Massage Academy here in Vancouver.
When she’s not massaging you can find Cara buried under her small dogs, reading a book, or spending time with her wonderful husband and clever friends at the coast.

Julie Isle
Julia Helene is a licensed massage therapist with over two decades of experience specializing in chronic pain, injury treatment, and therapeutic bodywork. Her work blends deep tissue techniques with focused, intuitive care to support both immediate relief and long term healing. She has a particular passion for working with low back pain and complex conditions that benefit from a skilled, attentive approach.
As a blind practitioner, Julia brings a highly developed sense of touch to her work, allowing her to assess tissue with remarkable precision and depth. Her sessions are both effective and deeply restorative. She often incorporates hot stone work into treatment sessions, guided by her belief that the body responds best to intentional, supportive care. In her approach, it is better to gently invite change than to force it, creating results that last without leaving clients in unnecessary discomfort.
Julia also incorporates aromatherapy into her sessions, with custom blends available when appropriate. In addition to her clinical work, she teaches aromatherapy at a local massage school. She is currently pursuing advanced training toward her CAMT credential, with the goal of becoming a licensed equine massage therapist.
Outside of the treatment room, Julia enjoys time with her tiny chihuahua, Venus Louise, kayaking, and anything involving horses. She is deeply devoted to her three adult children and values time with her tribe of besties. As a Vancouver transplant, she is always in search of exceptional Indian cuisine and has yet to replace her longtime favorite from back home.
Her work is grounded, intuitive, and guided by the belief that the body relaxes best when it feels safe.
